AK1195Apps ("we", "us", "our") develops and operates NotiKeep - Notification Log ("NotiKeep", "the App").
This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use NotiKeep, including what information is stored locally on your device, what information may be transmitted to third-party services, and how optional cloud synchronization works.
We designed NotiKeep with privacy in mind. In particular, notification content is intended to remain on your device and is not transmitted to our servers for cloud synchronization.
By installing or using NotiKeep, you acknowledge this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, you should discontinue use of the App.
NotiKeep uses Android's Notification Listener functionality to access notifications that are posted on your device.
This permission is required for the App to provide its notification history functionality. Android requires you to explicitly grant Notification Access to an application before it can receive notification information.
You can revoke Notification Access at any time through your Android device settings. If you revoke this permission, NotiKeep will no longer be able to capture notifications while the permission remains disabled.
When Notification Access is enabled, NotiKeep may store notification information locally on your device for the purpose of providing notification history and related features.

This information is primarily stored locally on your device and is used to provide features such as notification history, search, filtering, statistics, and opening the source application where supported.
We do not track the content of your notifications.
For security and privacy reasons, NotiKeep does not store notification content on our cloud servers.
We do not intentionally transmit or store the following notification information on our cloud synchronization system:
Notification content and notification-identifying information remain on the user's device, subject to the user's device, application, operating system, and retention settings.
NotiKeep may provide optional cloud synchronization features to Premium users. Cloud synchronization is optional and must be activated by the user.
At the time of this Privacy Policy, the only notification-related information synchronized to the cloud is the timestamp indicating when a notification was obtained.
The cloud synchronization system does not store or synchronize the notification's:
This limitation is intentional and is implemented for security and privacy reasons.
The purpose of limiting synchronization to timestamp information is to minimize the amount of potentially sensitive notification information stored outside the user's device.
Because notification content and application-identifying information are not synchronized, cloud synchronization cannot be used to reconstruct the contents of a notification or determine its source application from the synchronized notification information alone.
We may change the technical implementation of synchronization in the future where reasonably necessary to maintain, improve, secure, or develop the App. Any material changes to our data practices will be addressed through an updated version of this Privacy Policy, where required by applicable law.
NotiKeep may use Firebase services provided by Google to support authentication, cloud functionality, analytics, and other technical functions.
Depending on the version of the App and features you use, Firebase services may include Firebase Authentication, Firebase Realtime Database, and Firebase Analytics.
Premium users may be able to sign in using Google Sign-In. When you use this functionality, authentication information provided by Google may include information such as your email address, display name, and unique account identifier.
This information is used to authenticate your account and provide account-related functionality.
Firebase Realtime Database may be used to support optional cloud synchronization.
As described above, notification synchronization is intentionally limited. Notification titles, text, content, application names, package names, and categories are not stored in our cloud synchronization database.
NotiKeep uses Firebase Analytics to understand how the App is used and to help us maintain, improve, troubleshoot, and develop the App.
Analytics information may include events such as:
Firebase Analytics is not intended to receive or analyze the content of your notifications. Notification titles, notification text, and notification content are not intentionally sent to Firebase Analytics by NotiKeep.
Firebase and Google may process information according to their own privacy policies and terms.
The free version of NotiKeep may display advertisements, which may include banner advertisements and occasional interstitial advertisements.
Advertising services or advertising SDKs used by the App may collect certain information for purposes such as advertising, analytics, fraud prevention, security, diagnostics, and measuring advertising performance.
Depending on the advertising service and applicable settings, this may include information such as device identifiers, advertising identifiers, IP address, device information, application information, interaction information, and diagnostic information.
NotiKeep does not intentionally provide notification titles, notification text, notification content, or other notification content to advertising providers.
Advertising providers may independently process information according to their own privacy policies and terms.
Where legally required, advertising consent mechanisms may be presented to users before certain types of personalized advertising or related processing occur.
NotiKeep may provide a form for submitting bug reports and feature requests.

You should not include passwords, payment information, highly sensitive personal information, or other information that is not necessary to describe a bug or feature request.
Notification history is stored according to the retention settings and storage limits available in your version of NotiKeep.
The App may automatically delete older notification history according to the configured retention period. Different limits may apply to free and Premium versions.
Local data may also be removed when you manually delete your history, clear the App's data, uninstall the App, reset your device, or otherwise remove the stored application data.
NotiKeep provides functionality allowing users to delete their notification history and applicable locally stored data.
Deletion of local data may be permanent and may not be recoverable.
Where applicable, certain information held by third-party providers may be retained for legitimate purposes such as authentication, security, fraud prevention, accounting, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or other purposes permitted by applicable law.
Third-party services may have their own procedures and retention periods for information they process independently.
NotiKeep may allow you to create application-based whitelists, blacklists, and keyword filters.
You are responsible for configuring these settings according to your preferences.
If you configure a filter that prevents a notification from being stored, NotiKeep may not retain that notification in your history.
AK1195Apps is not responsible for notifications that are not retained as a result of settings configured by the user.
NotiKeep does its best to capture notifications made available to it through Android's notification system. However, we cannot guarantee that every notification will be captured, stored, displayed, or preserved.
Notifications may be missed, delayed, modified, or unavailable due to factors including, but not limited to:
NotiKeep should therefore not be considered a guaranteed or complete record of all notifications received by your device.
NotiKeep may provide an optional app lock using a PIN and/or biometric authentication supported by your device.
When biometric authentication is used, authentication is handled by the Android operating system and the applicable device security system. NotiKeep does not receive or store your biometric information.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and any PIN or authentication method you use.
NotiKeep may request permissions necessary to provide its features. These may include:
You can manage applicable permissions through your Android device settings. Restricting or revoking permissions may cause certain features of NotiKeep to stop functioning or operate with reduced functionality.
NotiKeep may offer paid features or Premium access through Google Play Billing.
Payments and purchase processing are handled by Google Play and are subject to Google's applicable terms, policies, and privacy practices.
AK1195Apps does not directly receive or store your complete payment card details through NotiKeep.
NotiKeep may offer free and paid versions, features, plans, or purchase options.
Pricing, available plans, features, limits, promotions, and purchase options may be reviewed, changed, introduced, or discontinued from time to time, subject to applicable law and the policies and terms of the applicable app store.
Our pricing model may be reviewed periodically to account for changes in development, infrastructure, cloud services, third-party services, payment processing, advertising, maintenance, security, regulatory requirements, and other costs involved in operating and maintaining NotiKeep.
Changes to pricing or Premium features will be handled in accordance with applicable law and applicable Google Play policies and purchase terms.
Where a NotiKeep purchase or feature is described as "Lifetime", "Lifetime Access", or similar wording, the term "lifetime" means the operational lifetime of the applicable NotiKeep application, service, or feature.
"Lifetime" does not mean the lifetime of the purchaser and does not constitute a guarantee that the App, a particular feature, cloud infrastructure, synchronization service, or third-party service will remain available indefinitely.
AK1195Apps may modify, replace, suspend, or discontinue features or services where reasonably necessary, subject to applicable law and any mandatory rights applicable to the relevant purchase.
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information handled by NotiKeep against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.
Where applicable, information transmitted between the App and supported cloud services may be protected using encryption in transit.
However, no electronic storage system, transmission method, authentication system, or security measure can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Accordingly, we cannot guarantee that information will never be accessed, disclosed, altered, lost, or destroyed as a result of circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
NotiKeep may depend on or integrate with third-party services, including Google Play services, Google Sign-In, Firebase, advertising services, analytics services, payment services, cloud infrastructure, and other service providers.
These third parties may process information according to their own terms, privacy policies, security practices, and legal obligations.
AK1195Apps does not control the independent privacy practices, availability, security, or policies of third-party service providers.
Third-party services may change, become unavailable, impose new requirements, or discontinue support. Such changes may affect certain NotiKeep features.
NotiKeep is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
We do not guarantee that NotiKeep will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, secure, compatible with every device or Android version, or free from defects.
Features may depend on Android system behavior, device manufacturers, operating system updates, permissions, battery management, internet connectivity, cloud infrastructure, third-party services, and other factors outside our reasonable control.
AK1195Apps may modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue features or parts of the App when reasonably necessary for technical, security, legal, operational, maintenance, business, or other legitimate reasons, subject to applicable law.
Although NotiKeep is designed to retain notification history according to the application's settings and available storage, AK1195Apps does not guarantee permanent preservation of notification history or other application data.
Data may be lost as a result of device failure, operating system behavior, application errors, storage limitations, user actions, uninstallation, device resets, software updates, security incidents, filtering settings, or other circumstances.
You should maintain any important information independently if permanent preservation is necessary.
You are responsible for using NotiKeep appropriately and for configuring its permissions, whitelist settings, blacklist settings, keyword filters, retention settings, synchronization options, and security features according to your needs.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device, account, authentication methods, and any information required to access your NotiKeep account or purchased features.
You should not use NotiKeep in a manner that violates applicable laws, regulations, third-party rights, or the terms of services you use.
Notification history is provided as a convenience and should not be relied upon as a guaranteed, complete, permanent, or authoritative record of communications, transactions, alerts, security events, reminders, or other information.
AK1195Apps is not responsible for issues, losses, damages, missed information, or other consequences arising from reliance on notification history or from notifications that were not captured, stored, displayed, synchronized, or preserved.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AK1195Apps, its developers, operators, affiliates, service providers, and representatives shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or other damages arising from or relating to the use of, inability to use, or reliance upon NotiKeep or its notification history.
This includes, to the extent permitted by applicable law, loss of notifications, data, information, functionality, business opportunities, revenue, or other losses resulting from the use of or inability to use the App.
Nothing in this Privacy Policy is intended to exclude or limit any liability, right, or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.
NotiKeep is not specifically directed toward children.
We do not knowingly seek to collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law. If you believe that a child has provided personal information to us in circumstances where such collection is not permitted, please contact us so that we can review the matter and take appropriate action where required.
Because NotiKeep may use third-party services and cloud infrastructure operated by providers such as Google, information processed through those services may be stored or processed in countries other than the country in which you reside.
Such processing is subject to the applicable provider's policies, contractual arrangements, and applicable legal requirements.
AK1195Apps reserves the right to review, update, modify, or replace this Privacy Policy at any time.
We may review this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in NotiKeep, our services, technology, security practices, third-party services, legal or regulatory requirements, business operations, or other relevant circumstances.
When this Privacy Policy is changed, the revised version may be made available through the App, the applicable website, the Google Play Store listing, or another appropriate location.
The "Effective date" at the beginning of this Privacy Policy indicates the date of the latest version.
Where required by applicable law, we will provide appropriate notice of material changes.
By continuing to use NotiKeep after an updated Privacy Policy becomes effective, you acknowledge the updated Privacy Policy to the extent permitted by applicable law.
